We’re proud to share that Professor John Irvine (Co-Investigator, WP4 – University of St Andrews) was an invited speaker at the ECerS General Conference held on 1st September in Dresden, Germany.

John delivered a presentation titled “Novel approaches to Hydrogen, CO₂ Conversion and Ammonia to reduce carbon emissions” as part of Symposium 9 – Ceramics for energy conversion and storage, chemistry and environment/Hydrogen, alongside leading experts from around the world.

The event welcomed 1,400 participants from 47 countries, with 15 symposia running across three days — a fantastic showcase of global collaboration and innovation in ceramics and energy technologies.
