Technical Steering Committee (TSC):

The Technical Steering Committee (TSC) will be led by senior SPEN staff members (not academics), with academic PIs expected to attend alongside other team members and researchers when necessary. Researchers will have specific duties related to integration and coordination, including spending considerable time at partner institutions and working with industry. The SPEN PI will act as the TSC Secretary.
